- 1 tsp Lime juice

- Step 1Mix the chicken with ginger paste, salt, and onion paste to marinate.
- Step 2Heat cooking oil and ghee, then sauté cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
- Step 3Add and sauté the onion paste.
- Step 4Sauté the garlic paste and ginger paste.
- Step 5Add water and the marinated chicken, then cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
