  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 2 capsicum, large, chopped
  • cabbage, chopped
  • ½ cup macaroni pasta
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation

  1. Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Add salt, oil, and macaroni. Boil for about 8 minutes until cooked.
  2. Step 2
Drain the macaroni, reserving about 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
  3. Step 3
In the same pan, heat 4 tbsp oil. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, and chopped carrot. Sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes until they soften slightly.
  5. Step 5
Add chopped green chilies and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  6. Step 6
Add minced chicken, chicken powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, garam masala powder, and cumin powder. Mix well, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Step 7
Add chopped capsicum and cabbage. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Step 8
Add the boiled macaroni, reserved pasta water, ketchup, and vinegar. Mix well. Increase heat to high and cook until flavors combine. Optionally add a squeeze of lemon juice.
  9. Step 9
Turn off the heat. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve hot.
