    Grind the cloves, kasuri methi, and methi dana into a powder. Mix with the pav bhaji masala.

    Heat 1 big spoon oil in a pan over medium flame. Add the roughly chopped capsicum, carrot, and peas. Mash the vegetables. Add the roughly chopped tomatoes, 1.5 tsp salt, the spice powder mix, 50-75 gms butter, and the crushed boiled potatoes. Mash all ingredients together.

    In a separate pan add 50-70 gms butter. Add the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, 3 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, and 0.5 tsp salt. Add water, then add the previously prepared vegetable mash. Add more water to adjust consistency. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4
    Add butter to a pan on low flame. Add pav bhaji masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and coriander. Heat the pav in the pan.
